NICOLE LITHGOW Director of Marketing nlithgow@manoratms.com Nicole graduated from Ursinus College with a BS in Psychology and has been working in the senior housing industry for 12 years.
CARLY KRICK Marketing Manager ckrick@manoratms.com Carly graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Marketing. She has over six years of experience working with the senior population in retirement communities.
RICK KNERR Director of Resident Life rknerr@manoratms.com Rick is a Certified Activity Director with the National Certification
Council for Activity Professionals with over 15 years of experience in the
field of the elderly and physically and mentally handicapped populations.
He is experienced in management and teamwork, and promises to maintain and
expand our current programs.
BOB HYLAND Food Services Director bhyland@manoratms.com Bob has extensive experience in the food service industry, working in the field for the past 11 years. He
is also Serv-Safe certified by The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.
